al Culture Exchange, NPO Japan-Korea Cultural Exchange Association and Sapporo Tourist Association, consist of a charity program called GFSC (Good Friends Save the Children) which supports the children's educations in the deprived areas of Asia.
Rain, SHINee, Sung Sikyung, Teentop and such groups that are popular in Japan have attended in past concerts.
Next year’s guests will be MBLAQ, produced by Rain, whom attended the K-POP Festival 2011. Second guest will be Park Hyosin, discharged from the army in September and started music activity in earnest. BIGSTAR will also attend, the secret weapon of major producer Brave Brothers, who had worked with BIGBANG, Super Nova and SISTAR in the past.
The concert will keep warm love and peace message into Asian people’s hearts through music that are sent from the beautiful snow scenery of Sapporo.

El festival de K-POP se celebra cada febrero, conjunta organizada por la Fundación Corea para Internation
al Intercambio Cultural, NPO Japón-Corea Asociación de Intercambio Cultural y la Asociación de Turismo Sapporo, consisten en un programa de caridad llamado GFSC (Good Friends Save the Children), que apoya educación de los niños en las zonas desfavorecidas de Asia.
